If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the Site or Services.By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature. A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.

This Site is controlled and operated from the United States of America and the entirety of this Site may not be appropriate or available for use in other jurisdictions. By using this Site outside of the United State of America, you are accepting sole responsibility for following applicable local laws.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless [sīc], its officers, employees, agents and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including, but not limited to attorney’s fees) arising from: (i) your use of and access to the Site or Services; (ii) your violation of any term of these Terms; (iii) your violation of any third party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right; (iv) any claim that your Content caused damage to a third party; or (v) any information you provide to [sīc]. This defense and indemnification obligation will survive these Terms and your use of the Site or Services.

[sīc] reserves the right, but undertakes no obligation, to actively report and prosecute actual and suspected credit card fraud. [sīc] may, in its discretion, require further authorization from you such as a telephone confirmation of your order and other information. [sīc] reserves the right to cancel, any order if fraud is suspected. [sīc] captures certain information during the order process, including time, date, IP address and other information that will be used to locate and identify individuals committing fraud. If any order is suspected to be fraudulent, [sīc] reserves the right, but undertakes no obligation, to submit all records, with or without a subpoena, to all law enforcement agencies and to the credit card company for fraud investigation. [sīc] reserves the right to cooperate with authorities to prosecute offenders to the fullest extent of the law.

The Site may contain links to third party  websites or Internet resources that are not owned or controlled by [sīc]. Using these links means leaving this Site. [sīc]’s provision of a link to any other Web site or Internet resource is for your convenience only and thus does not signify [sīc]’s endorsement of such other  website or resource or its contents. Accessing a third party website from this Site is done so entirely at your own risk, and you must then follow the  terms and conditions and privacy policies of those third party websites. [sīc] studio offers a membership program (the “Website Membership Program”) that allows you to access the Site and use certain Services.

Requests for updates can be made through Notion, which was set up as a part of the Website Membership Program. Content updates to existing pages will take 1-4 business days under normal circumstances. New page developments or updates that require new page development takes 8-11 business days under normal circumstances. For any other types of updates, there will be communication of predicted timeline. Turnaround times may, however, vary.

As a part of the Website Membership Standard Program and up, members have access to CMS features on their website. We are here to help with the updates to structure and with posting, but the member is responsible for all the content that populates any given post, article, etc.

Members are free to upgrade or down grade their Website Membership Program at any time. Downgrades in tier may result in feature losses.

Members are welcome to cancel their plan at any time—we’ll be sad to see you go, but no hard feelings. If you decide to cancel, we will be with you and you can take advantage of Membership services until the next billing cycle. Once a membership elapses, we will temporarily take down the member’s website. If the member wishes to reactivate the website and their membership, the website can be reactivated. [sīc] will remain the owner of the website for matters of hosting, security, and maintenance.

As your organization grows or evolves, so may your website needs. To provide you with the greatest flexibility, members always have the option of buying out their website. As you grow, you may need more focused functionality that you’ve hired an in-house team for. But, you wish to continue using the website design from [sīc], then you can buy out the website and we will transfer the ownership. You will then be responsible for all hosting, domain, and security, and all other aspects of the website. Of course, we’ll be here to help you if needed, billed hourly.

All member websites are hosted by Webflow hosting services. [sīc] is not responsible for any hosting-related outages, data loss, or any other technical issues. However, [sīc] will represent all members and work with Webflow to resolve any issue that may arise.

[sīc] studio offers a range of brand packages (“Brand Packages”) that provide specific services related to the development of your brand. The Brand Packages feature a variety of options and tools to help you build and manage your brand. You may access and use the Brand Packages and Services subject to these Terms.

[sīc] studio also offers a membership program (the “Graphics Membership Program”) that allows you to access the Site and use certain Services. The Graphics Membership Program provides access to our library of graphics and design content, as well as tools to help you create and manage your own graphics. You may access and use the Graphics Membership Program and Services subject to these Terms.

All design requests are fulfilled in the order they were received and we work on them one at a time. Members can freely reshuffle their queue based on their current priorities using the Member interface via Notion.

Our team takes on design projects in the order reflected in the design queue. Once we begin a new project, the following are the estimated turnaround times we aim for.

Feel free to take a look at our Graphics Menu to see the sizes of each item. These turnaround times are not guaranteed, and will vary depending on demand.

Members are free to cancel at any time and any designs [sīc] has made are yours to keep. When you’re ready, you are always welcome back.

These Terms remain in effect until terminated. You may terminate these Terms at any time by ceasing your Membership Services. [sīc] reserves the right to terminate these Terms at any time, with or without cause, by providing you with notice. Upon termination of these Terms, Membership features and privileges will cease.
